Vote to Save Glen Providence Park

As part of its Open Space, Parks & Trails, and Recreation Planning Process, the Borough of Media is conducting an online public opinion survey about open space, parks, and recreation policy in the borough.
In the opinion of Keep Media Green, the most consequential survey question will address whether or not to spend $4 million in taxpayers’ money to rebuild a high-hazard dam at Third Street that will permanently damage Glen Providence Park in order to recreate a private lake for Broomall’s Lake County Club. For more Info on the Issue, read our news post: Broomall's Dam 101.
Keep Media Green is urging environmentalists, park lovers, and responsible taxpayers to vote AGAINST rebuilding a dam and in FAVOR of building an environmentally friendly bridge.
The survey question will ask residents:
Which do you prefer at Third Street?
A dam
A bridge + KEEP MEDIA GREEN’S CHOICE
